Luis and Mercedes Tarango, a hard-working couple, from El Valle of Zaragoza once had a dream of owning their own Mexican restaurant. On October, 1st, of the year 2002 after many long hours of sweat and sacrifice what was once a dream became reality. El Sarape Del Valle would open its’ doors. El Sarape Del Valle prides itself in providing authentic Mexican food with original family recipes and authentic Mexican cuisine flavor. Fast forward almost 20 years later and El Sarape now has 3 different locations in the city of El Paso, Texas. To better serve its’ customers, El Sarape is slowly becoming a household name for Mexican food.
